Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is unused, then include a printout of your return confirmation inside the box.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
